To Our Amazing Realtor Team, Adriana and Marcel, We truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful we are for everything you’ve done for us over the past 2–3 years. What started as a hopeful search turned into a long journey full of changes, challenges, questions, and countless showings — and through it all, you never wavered. You were patient when we were unsure. You were steady when the market was overwhelming. You were honest when we needed guidance. And you were relentless when it came to helping us find the right home — not just a home. Because of your dedication, professionalism, and genuine care, we are now officially in our dream home. That still feels surreal to say. This is exactly why you’re the best in the business. It’s not just about closing deals — it’s about commitment, integrity, responsiveness, and truly advocating for your clients every single step of the way. You treated our search like it mattered as much to you as it did to us, and that made all the difference. Thank you for your calls, quick texts, honest advice, strategic negotiations, and unwavering encouragement. Thank you for sticking with us for the long haul. And thank you for helping turn our dream into our reality. We couldn’t have done this without you — and we’ll be recommending you to everyone we know. With sincere gratitude, Jeannett & Adam Tingler

Nancy Skokan is a very hard working real estate professional!! Her experience and knowledge is super helpful when you are looking for a new home. She will point out and bring things to your attention you normally would not see or know what you are looking at…. And that can save you money. Nancy is an excellent negotiator and always tries to get her clients the best deal possible. I would recommend Nancy to family and friends every day of the week!

Nancy helped me, helped us on a lengthy journey through the sale of my parents home. I appreciated that she was able to be patient while we sorted things out and she helped us to make it happen!

Nancy made the process so easy. She explained everything step by step, answered any questions, was always available and so knowledgeable. Posted our home for sale and we received an offer that same night! She’s a delight to work with and a blessing to me professionally and personally. Couldn’t have done this without her!
