We've moved several times due to a government job and Sharon Salceda is the best realtor we've had the privilege of using. After her extensive research, she priced the house well above our expectations and she was right on the money. Sharon is extremely detail-oriented and thorough, her follow-up skills with potential buyers is second to none and she is responsive and very quick to answer every our every text and call. She chose to use one of the best photographers in El Paso and was a very shrewd and strategic negotiator when dealing with our quick offers. She handled all of the inspections and was a creative problem solver who jumped in and took care of everything so we could focus on nothing but moving. Sharon has been in real estate for many years. We were initially wondering if she would have time to truly cater to us and our home and did she ever -- she treated us like we were her only clients! Real estate is an industry with ever-changing agents popping in and out. With her years of experience, Sharon prides herself on old school values while aggressively staying on top of the latest technology and marketing avenues. Mirna was Great! She was super about showing us the property on very short notice and on a Saturday, you can't hardly get a real estate agent out on the weekend, we were very appreciative of her and the knowledge that she has on the different areas, we are new to El Paso so knowing what was a good deal and what wasn't was what we were looking for and she was awesome, she works hard to make the process as painless as possible and for that we will be forever grateful.
