Although my offer was not the highest out of FOUR she was able to convince them to accept by telling them about my story, so obviously FANTASTIC negotiator! Always quick to respond and has many connections that helped me with the entire home buying process. She has great energy and loads of expertise I would not hesitate to recommend her!
