The SEED Property Group matched up with Kam McCoy, who was everything we were looking for and more. She was patient with us as we looked but weren't really prepared to buy. She was aggressive for us when the market was so hot it seemed like we'd never get an offer accepted. And she was a reliable, honest negotiator. She didn't pressure us into a house that wasn't right, nor did she pressure us to make offers we weren't comfortable with. She was always there to answer our questions, offer advice, or just listen while we complained about how hard the process is. Buy a house is terrible, but Kam made it as bearable as possible, and I never felt judged for my lack of knowledge or pressured into anything. I can't say enough about her, and I've already referred her to two of my friends who are house shopping and just haven't found the right realtor.
