We've now purchased two homes in Austin with Gilbert as our Realtor and both times were excellent experiences. Our second home was a far more competitive process that included househunting during the COVID pandemic. Austin is a difficult market to buy in right now, but his advice made the process as painless as possible. He also helped us sell our previous home, even helping us find a place to rent between the two. Our house sold in three days at above list price.
