I feel Kim is a very pleasant person but in the end, she did not serve me as a real estate agent could and should. She performed more as a hostess than a consultant. I had seen positive reviews about her before we chose to work with her but my experience was much different. She was never able to get the software service she used to send me listings so I had to find each house we looked at on my own and then call her to come open the door. I had made it very clear on several occasions that I really only wanted her to provide me with good advice on a quality house in a good neighborhood with good prospects for resale. She did not come through. If you are looking for a hostess to open doors and be pleasant, she's great. If you need real advice from a professional with your concerns at the forefront, I highly suggest you find someone else.
