Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, well connected in the industry, and the definition of a professional, but she actually cares. She made it so that we became a team, she cared about our specific needs, and was able to maximize what we were able to get in a market that was not friendly to our price bracket. I cannot say enough nice things about Janice. No one will ever say that they wished they had chosen a different agent. Never.
