Janice Presnell went above and beyond for us, to say the least. We could not have found a better agent to assist us. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, well connected in the industry, and the definition of a professional, but she actually cares. She made it so that we became a team, she cared about our specific needs, and was able to maximize what we were able to get in a market that was not friendly to our price bracket. I cannot say enough nice things about Janice. No one will ever say that they wished they had chosen a different agent. Never. Once you see her operate for you, you will wish you could move again just so that she could be your agent one more time!
