My husband and I recently sold our house in Austin and purchased our dream home in Buda, TX. We were very fortunate to have Theresa Bastian as our agent for both the sale and the purchase of both homes. She walked us through every step of the process and stayed in constant communication, answering questions and concerns very quickly. Our new house had a plumbing disaster shortly before we were scheduled to close. She guided us through getting all of the repairs done...and fairly. Our independent inspector even said of all the Realtors he knows, if he were to buy a house, Theresa is one of five Realtors that he would trust to act as his agent. We are eternally grateful for everything she has done for us!

My wife and I moved from Provo, UT to Leander, TX in hopes of finding a rental home while still working 2 full-time jobs. Greg not only found us a great and comfortable home, but he was so responsive and respectful of our hard schedule. With his help we didn't have to take a single day off of work to find a home. His knowledge about the Austin area is incredible and he bent over backwards to help us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. If you are looking for a phenomenal realtor/ friend, contact Greg!

We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude for the tremendous efforts that Christina exercised in selling our home. Her knowledge and timely communication and willingness to help us in managing repairs made the difference in closing the deal. We made the right decision in choosing her to represent us as our realtor.
