My husband and I recently sold our house in Austin and purchased our dream home in Buda, TX. We were very fortunate to have Theresa Bastian as our agent for both the sale and the purchase of both homes. She walked us through every step of the process and stayed in constant communication, answering questions and concerns very quickly. Our new house had a plumbing disaster shortly before we were scheduled to close. She guided us through getting all of the repairs done...and fairly. Our independent inspector even said of all the Realtors he knows, if he were to buy a house, Theresa is one of five Realtors that he would trust to act as his agent.
