He should be involved in the Middle East peace talks! I call him the “Human A.I.”, because his input is always experience- or fact-based (due to his almost encyclopedic knowledge of the real estate market). He’s a magician who can turn any potential “negative” into a legitimate positive, and it’s done in an instant. He’s the real deal: knowledgable, efficient, solution-oriented, honest, hard-working, well-connected, and consistently upholds high ethical standards. He is truly a realtor “super hero.”

Roddy was not only responsive, but three steps ahead throughout the whole process, not only in the transaction but in our search phase. He had excellent guidance in terms of what to look out for and think about, while respecting our point of view and individual circumstances.
