Working with Penny was such an amazing experience. Selling a home can be extremely stressful, and she made it very painless and easy. She was always there when I needed her and always returned my phone calls and texts very quickly. She was very knoledgible and I trusted every decision she helped us make. I would recommend her to any and everyone trying to sell or buy a home.

Dean is an upbeat, positive individual who never once hesitated to provide simple, thorough explanations of questions throughout process. (As a first time home buyer, this was crucial.) Dean's insight into things shared the good with not-so-good so I could make informed decisions. He represented me as a buyer’s agent but it was his insights as a listing agent that I really valued. It’s nice to consider a potential listing agent’s perspective during negotiations. Dean’s knowledge of real estate and San Antonio market stood out throughout the process. With Dean’s help, I bought a good house in a good neighborhood at a good price in a seller’s market.
