She always let us know that, at the end of the day, it was our choice which home we would purchase, even if it were a newly built home, and explained the pros and cons of each choice we made. Not only was Victoria amazing, but her partner, Rebecca, helped us navigate the viewing process for each home, which eventually led us to our current home. My wife and I never imagined how quickly we would be able to buy a home. Still, Victoria truly researched the desired area of town for us, our price range, and even the desired amenities/design for the house. On top of that, Victoria was always available on our time (wife and I work full-time) and she would communicate with us quickly and efficiently.
