In our absence, Annie regularly checked on our house and gave us peace of mind as we were at that point living across the country; she really went above and beyond, though it sounded like we didn’t get special treatment - that’s just what she does for her clients. We felt supported throughout, and trusted her knowledge and advice throughout negotiations, and always felt confident that Annie was advocating on our behalf. My partner and I regularly commented to one another how happy and thankful we were to work with Annie. We can’t say enough good things!
