Anita went above beyond communicating what was happening during the whole process. She cuts out all the bs and is very straightforward. She is extremely helpful during the whole process and even after closing. We couldn’t have found the best realtor for our first time buying a house.

The only recommendation I would suggest is more assistance with the online forms due to the confusion with the water city sewer system and the problems with signing the pdf documents. I like the in person form review so we can get them all correct the first time and it’s not so time consuming. Other then that all was a pleasant experience

Selling parents old place. She was able to coordinate the remote sales process with minimal fuss and hassle. This included arranging for lawn care and house emptying and cleaning. Only critique (and the loss of one star) is because while she understood I just wanted the whole thing done and gone (which was done very nicely) I think she thought I was more knowledgable about real estate transaction details than I actually am and I didn't know enough to ask.
