April has helped me as the executor of my late mother's estate in the extensive and painful details of listing and negotiating the sale of her former home. Through a tumultuous period of family drama, grieving, second guessing, she has been a guiding light and a voice of reason, both of which I have needed. I am grateful for her and all the advice and work she's done finding a buyer for my mother's home.

Very respectful, attentive, reliable, on point and dependable person. Very informative and knowledgeable.

We are first time home buyers, and found working with April so helpful. April is not a hard seller and found homes that worked or had the potential to work when looking for a home. April is also responsive to texts and calls. So communicating was never a problem. Any delays or issues were handled promptly . I would recommend and use her again
