I cannot recommend Rosalva enough! From beginning to end, she made the entire process completely seamless. Rosalva was extremely knowledge throughout the entire transaction. No question was too small, and she always had a clear, honest answer and took the time to explain in great detail any part of the process I had questions on. She walked me through every step with patience and care, making sure I understood all my options without ever feeling pressured. I also appreciate her responsiveness throughout everything! I will be only using Rosalva for any real estate needs in the future!

There is not enough space to truly describe or real life rollercoaster ride. We used Johanna for selling and buying. She came to the house we sold and armed us with the information to set our house up to look the best, and helped set deadlines to accomplish tasks. She helped us set a realistic price and it sold in a week over asking price minus surprise repairs found in the inspection. Buying, we had a limited area do to school zoning we wanted. We must have looked at 25 houses. The houses in the area are older builds and there is a limited limited inventory, so she helped us sort through the real fixer uppers and find a few gems. She helped me develop the outside the box idea to stay in an Air B&B to let the sell happed and not be pressed to make a quick decision on a house that wasn’t right. I made a new friend (owner of the Air B&B) who bought us a house warming gift. The extra time manifested the right deal. Which she then advocated for us, and got the best price and concessions from the sellers we could. My finances are cleared up from the sell and the new house gave us a fresh start in a house giving us a focus on the future. I love the new house. I think because I have the financial freedom to do little projects to make it our own. We’ve tweaked a lot of things already and have a list to work through.
