When we had the inspector come out, she was there, when we signed our closing documents, she was there. She communicated with the sales rep, lender, insurance broker, inspector, title company, and moving concierge. I’m sure I’m missing some but the point is not only was she physically with us during the entire process, but she also offered direct line of communication throughout the process.
