Jonathan made everything feel smooth and stress-free, he kept us informed at every step, and handled negotiations well. He listened to our concerns, and he was quick to answer our questions. He also took the time to make sure we understood all the options as we moved through the selling process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

What started out as frustration when searching for a home turned into an absolute blessing. We started out with a different agent who wasn’t getting back to us in a timely manner. So I started calling listing agents. Holly was the listing agent on a house I called. She was super helpful and not pushy at all. She told me I could call her anytime with any questions even if I was sticking with my current agent. After hanging up and thinking about it we decided to go with Holly as our agent. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure our family got into a beautiful home on time with no lag in closing. We were able to close super fast and get into our home a day early. Holly treated us like we were family and was an absolute blessing to our situation. We moved from WA state to TX so we really needed someone who was 100% willing to do the leg work for us while have our best interests at heart. I highly recommend Holly and will use her again if we ever move but we love our house and think we’ll be here for the long run. Thank you Holly you really made this process easy.

Janis does not hesitate to communicate difficult information. She knows the market & how to price a house to move. Her negotiation skills are top knotch & so is her professionalism. From the time we put my house on the market until the closing, she was there, walking me through everything. I had no unpleasant surprises & working with her & her assistant, Maria, was a pleasure. I highly recommend her.
