As first time home buyers, we had no idea what the process for buying a house really meant. We found a home that we really liked and when I called to schedule a tour, I was told I had to be pre-approved before that could happen AND by the time I would even get pre-approved, the house would of probably been sold by then. It felt very defeating to hear that and I almost gave up on the house because I thought that would take a long time to get pre-approved. BUT I remembered I had saved Juan’s number after viewing one of the houses he was selling. I decided to call him to see if he could help us and that was THE BEST decision we could have ever done! He helped me get in contact with his lender Annabelle and was approved that same day! He scheduled me to tour the house ASAP and was able to attend the tour with us and use his experience to point out things that maybe a first time buyer would have not looked at. We still decided to send in our offer and he efficiently negotiated for us! Juan Carlos was very easy to work with and thoroughly answered all of our questions throughout all of the process. He is very kind, approachable , punctual, and our family definitely appreciated he was also Spanish speaking. Thanks to him, we now have the keys to our forever home!
