Working with Amanda from The Amada Agency was a great experience. From day one, she took the time to walk me through the entire home buying process so I always knew what to expect. She was patient, honest, and made sure I understood every step before moving forward. What I really appreciated was how she broke down the pros and cons of buying a new construction home versus an older one. She explained everything clearly from maintenance and warranties to energy efficiency and resale value, which really helped me make the right decision for my situation. Amanda also went above and beyond during negotiations and got the builder to cover most of my closing costs, saving me a lot of money. Overall, she made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. I’m truly grateful for all her help and would 100% recommend Amanda and The Amada Agency to anyone looking to buy a home.

Was very patient and kind took her time to show us the homes until We found the perfect one!
