We were first time home buyers, we knew very little, he was able to help us greatly. It genuinely felt like he was looking out for our best interest. He was reachable at any hour of the day and was patient and diligent to our wishes even when we couldn’t make up our mind. He was able to negotiate the price of the house down on the front end and had some pretty good strategies for making offers. When we finally got the home, he celebrated with us by getting us a house warming gift. Even after a few weeks of home ownership and the bulk of his work being done, he was still reachable around the clock and helped us with whatever questions we had. A+ Great work.

Very happy with my realtor Sonia. She stayed in touch with me to let me know what was going on was very kind and very professional. I would recommend her to anyone.
