There is not enough space to truly describe or real life rollercoaster ride. We used Johanna for selling and buying. She helped me develop the outside the box idea to stay in an Air B&B to let the sell happed and not be pressed to make a quick decision on a house that wasn’t right. I made a new friend (owner of the Air B&B) who bought us a house warming gift. The extra time manifested the right deal. Which she then advocated for us, and got the best price and concessions from the sellers we could. My finances are cleared up from the sell and the new house gave us a fresh start in a house giving us a focus on the future. I love the new house. I think because I have the financial freedom to do little projects to make it our own. We’ve tweaked a lot of things already and have a list to work through.
