Working with April was amazing! She was referred to us through the Homes for Heroes program and from the first call with her it felt like she was deeply committed to helping us find the right home. April never once tried to push us to move forward, she was understanding and totally committed to us still, despite this. She was always responsive to our calls and texts with lightning speed, and when we found the home we wanted, she was an excellent go between us and the seller. She negotiated without any party walking away, with a deep understanding of seller/buyer psychology that goes into a big transaction like buying a home.
