I was a new graduate looking to find my first rental and Nichelle helped me through the entire process. She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. She helped me find a place that had all of the things I wanted while still in my price range. Nichelle was always available whenever I needed and was quick to respond when I reached out. I will definitely be using her in the future when I look for another rental property or decide to purchase a home. She is truly one of the best!

Kristi was very patient, and very knowledgeable about the pros and cons important to us when choosing a school, an area, and finally, a home. She was a strong advocate when it came time to negotiate the purchase of our new home. Besides that, she was personable and fun! I have since recommended her to a friend thinking of moving here and she spent days taking her around and educating her on different areas even though she knew that she was not ready to buy!
