I really can't say enough wonderful things about Patricia. I would never use anyone else for listing or buying. My personal experience has been listing with Patricia and then I go about my life and she takes care of EVERYTHING. I have received either asking price or over with Patricia. She works hard, she works smart and gets it sold FAST!! Her experience and knowledge are, bar none.
