My home was listed and placed on the market for almost a year. I went through 2 different agents, who quite frankly, couldn't sell ice water to desert nomads. I was forced to cancel 2 different listing agreements due to incompetence and shady business practices. I was moving abroad, and NEEDED my home sold. Be it divine intervention, or what ever you like to call it, I was fortunate to meet Chris. He and I spoke on the phone, he visited my home, explained everything he had done in the past, and what he would do in the near future to sell my home. I had gone through 2 different agents, so my guard was up. I felt completely comfortable with this man after speaking with him, and his ability to get my home sold. Well. . .Chris placed my home back on the market for the 3rd time. In less than 2 weeks from new photo's being taken, I had multiple offers above listing price. The man had my home sold, and went to closing in under 3 weeks, for above listing price. Everybody knows an Real estate agent, everyone knows a lawyer. But few can truly get the job done. Chris did, and he is one of those few. I am now proud to call him my friend. Thank you Chris, and a big HELLO from Thailand brotha!!!!
