Mr. Garcia made the home buying experience painless and quick. He was quick to respond and provide updates throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer I was a bit nervous, but he came through on his reassurance that it would be painless.

When Raymond and I first started looking at homes, I thought that it was a lot of fun! He's so personable and professional and is always dressed to the nines. It wasn't until I was ready to make my offer that I saw the importance of having a real estate agent...especially Raymond. He was always looking out for my best and was willing to go to war for me if need be. He made sure that I made all my deadlines and was in precise communication with me when I needed to know valuable information. I will for sure be telling all my friends and family to use him in the future!

Raymond took me to see 22 houses in two weeks. I had a very strict timeline. He did a phenomenal job of sourcing houses that did not waste our time in terms of seeing them. He worked through issues on the two houses I put a bid through very efficiently always took my calls. Always responded to text immediately I never was in the not know stage. Raymond has a very calm demeanor. He focuses on the details of what you’re looking for any assures that he works both sides of the contract to make sure everything is in order in timely if I ever had to move again, which I hope I don’t I would totally use Raymond.
