David was fantastic! He took the time to help even though we were not looking to purchase but rather lease. He asked all the right questions as to what we were looking for so there was no time wasted looking at homes that did not meet our needs. When we found the house we wanted, he was able to negotiate a longer lease and lock us in at a reasonable price. I am always eager to give David's name and number to anyone looking for a new home because I know he will make the process as easy as possible!
