We had an outstanding experience working with Morad Fiki and his wife, Patricia, on the sale of our home in Hunters Creek Village, where we had lived since 2007. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep market knowledge, and unwavering dedication. They stepped in as our second listing agents after a very disappointing first experience, and immediately brought clarity, strategy, and renewed energy to the process. Where we had previously received questionable advice on pricing, presentation, and staging — resulting in nearly a year on the market and only one weak offer — Morad and Patricia quickly identified what needed to be repositioned and implemented a thoughtful, data-driven plan. Their approach was realistic, transparent, and focused on results. What truly sets Morad apart is his enthusiasm, responsiveness, attention to detail, and outstanding communication. He leverages modern technology effectively — from sophisticated social media marketing to a dedicated reporting portal that kept us informed every step of the way. We always knew where things stood and what the next move would be. Most importantly, Morad was consistently available, open to discussion, and proactive in ensuring that everything progressed smoothly through negotiations and all the way to closing. We are deeply grateful to Morad and Patricia for their integrity, professionalism, and commitment. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Working with them was not only successful — it was truly a pleasure.

They were extremely precise and quick to get the process started. They knew we were working on an expedited timeline and priced aggressively and had our house sold after a week on the market.

Exceptional experience with the Fiki team! Great communication and no one fights harder for you than Morad Fiki!!!
