Suzanne did in two months what our previous realtor could not do in a year. She is on point with communication and details, she has so much knowledge about all aspects of real estate and is really a "go getter" when it comes to buying or selling a home. She is a very genuine person, who will roll up her sleeves and put in the work to get it done. Don't let her appearance fool you either. She can be a shark during negotiations! Such a professional all the way around. I wish that we had contacted her from the very beginning, as she has so many resources and could have helped with the selling of the contents of the home, etc. She and Don Roper are helping us with multiple properties (Galveston, Houston, residential, commercial) and I don't know what we would have done without them. If you want a "No BS" approach with an encyclopedia of knowledge and someone who really cares about you and getting the best outcome for you, she is the person to pick. She really has been an invaluable asset and friend during a VERY difficult time and we thank her very much for making everything a bit easier for us! I cannot stress enough how highly we recommend her.
