Maria’s knowledge of the local market made her great to work with as this was our first home purchase and we were purchasing from out of state. She knew what neighborhoods were desirable and why they were desirable which helped us quickly narrow down our search to what suited our needs. She provided several options between new build communities or slightly older homes with tons of charm. She proactively checked in to ensure her search efforts stayed aligned with our criteria even as our needs changed once we were more familiar with the market. Once we narrowed down to the community and home we wanted, she did a wonderful job at negotiating the purchase of our newly built inventory home. She made the entire process painless and we are very thankful for her service. Maria was a pleasure to work with, we highly recommend her.
