I cannot say enough good things about working with Kim Vacca. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate in the area. She went to bat for us as new homeowners making sure that we got what we needed out of our offer and contract with the seller. She was always prompt with her response to our questions, she always followed through to make sure everything was completed, lead us through the next steps and helped us tremendously. I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

The Property was well marketed and a Great Effort in Preparing the Property for Showings. The Open Houses held were Marketed and the Agents who did the Open Houses put in a lot of effort in doing the showings. Communication between the Agent and the Owner was Exceptional and also maintained Good Communication between the Opposing Agent and the Owner. The House was Presented really well the Marketing of the House and the Effort that went into getting it sold was Remarkable. Glenda was on top of things, her Approach and style of Presenting the Property to the Public and the way she handled the entire Process was Extraordinary. It was a Great Experience working with Glenda and I would highly Recommend her to anyone who is Looking into selling their house and or buying a House. It was a Great Opportunity to be able to work with Glenda who made the whole Process so easy from start to the end.
