I cannot say enough good things about working with Kim Vacca. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate in the area. She went to bat for us as new homeowners making sure that we got what we needed out of our offer and contract with the seller. She was always prompt with her response to our questions, she always followed through to make sure everything was completed, lead us through the next steps and helped us tremendously. Emily did an outstanding job. I can’t say enough good things about her excellent service. She went above and beyond what was expected of her as the listing agent. She helped with scheduling contractors, made numerous trips to Home Depot for paint and fixture recommendations. She staged the home for an open house and even helped clean for it to go on the market. Her efforts and knowledge of the area real estate market helped me get top dollar.
