We had been looking in the Henderson area online for several months. When we were finally ready we were given Shannon Davis’ name by a family member who had recently used her to find their home. We contacted Shannon and on relatively short notice, she lined up 12 homes for us to see in 1 day! We traveled to Henderson on several different occasions, each time Shannon lined up homes for us to see. When we had narrowed our search to two homes Shannon arranged for us to see each one again the next day. We decided, made an offer and it was accepted in one day. At each step of the process Shannon was very timely and went above and beyond to get answers to all our questions. Buying a home can be a very stressful experience, but Shannon did everything possible to make it fun and stress free!

Tracy has a "can-do" attitude and much knowledge as a realtor. She was friendly, was able to answer all our questions, and provided cleaners and a handy man to prepare the house when we were no longer able to do it ourselves. Then she listed the home and had 3 wonderful offers within days. Even though she was working on several listings at the same time, she met with us several times and sailed through the paper work. We HIGHLY recommend her and you will be glad you hired her.
