If Kim Hill is not your agent, you are not working with the best realtor in the business. I can honestly say that working with Kim and her team has been one of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had when buying our home. Looking for a new home with the anticipation of moving is stressful enough without having to second guess the person representing you to another party. Having bought and sold property and homes in the past, I was not inexperienced in the process, yet Kim was able to bring things to my attention that even I could not have anticipated. In negotiations with the other party, Kim provided advice and recommendations that not only worked for us, but also the other party which ended up as a win-win for everyone. Her expertise and knowledge allowed us to make completely informed decisions which benefitted everyone involved. One of the things I appreciated most was how responsive she and her team were. I could always depend on being able to speak to someone in a timely fashion and when I did, they were able to address my concerns, answer my questions and keep me on task without making me feel as though I were ever a bother or a burden to them. In short, I was made to feel and believe that I was if not their only client, one of their most important ones. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, responsive and flexible are all accurate descriptors of the entire team that Kim leads.

I recently worked with Jim Garvey to sell my home in Belton, TX, and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Jim went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. I was living several hours away and couldn’t be on-site, but Jim personally oversaw important details to help get my home market-ready. He kept me updated every step of the way and was extremely responsive, especially via text, which made communication easy and convenient for me. While the market was a bit slow, I always felt that Jim worked hard to secure the best deal possible. Jim is professional, trustworthy, and hands-on—qualities that made me feel confident throughout the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Central Texas area.

A go getter! My neighbors across the street had put their house up for sale with another agency and it was moving at a snail’s pace. I saw that they switched to Sandee Payne and the day after they contacted Sandee and she put her sign up it was under contract. Fast forward a couple of years later and I was ready to sell my house. It was my first sale ever and I am so happy I kept her contact information to sell my house. I had gone to a couple of other agencies but it seemed that I was on their time line and I played the waiting game with them. When I contacted Sandee she said she could be there the next day. It seemed that she had a plan developed even before I selected her to help me. This was and is the standard she set with every aspect of the house selling. I love that our first meeting was not trying to impress me with her company or achievements but it was right to the meet and potatoes of what she can do for me and the house and how much we could profit. There were no hidden fees or “maybe this or maybe that”, it was bottom line upfront. However, she also did not speak over the client and actually allowed me to voice my concerns and gave wicked good recommendations for the house. This was the first time I was selling a house and her entire team seemed to drop whatever they were working on to answer any and all questions. As a first-time seller she definitely did not think that there were “no dumb questions” which put me at ease. The entire crew is very professional but yet it seems as if you have known them for years; as if you were talking to old friends. Other agencies seem want to use old information/data but Sandee's team stated that nothing old would be used. Everything with the sales ad was up-to-date, which is also a huge benefit to the potential buyers. The actual buyers stated that they were quite impressed with how the house looked in the ad and I credit that to Sandee’s team. My hats off to you and your team.
