I know Central Texas soil, terrain, and buyer psychology like few others—but my perspective extends far beyond. I was born in Canada, lived in Oklahoma, Ohio, California, Florida, and Hawaii, and have traveled extensively to places like Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Mexico. I also own real estate in Costa Rica.
This wide lens allows me to connect easily with out-of-state investors and international buyers, while still serving as a trusted local expert in my own community.
