We worked with Louis and Angelica and will definitely recommend them in the future. Communication was great at every step. Louis came to the house spoke with my husband and I. We wanted to do some renovations before the house went on the market. so he gave us a price he thought we should sell for. To be honest we thought he was crazy. We though he over priced the house. He definitely proved us wrong!!! Angelica gave us some contacts (actually several) incase we didn't know anyone. Things got a little behind but she still called and made sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Pictures turned out fantastic! The house was on the market within 2 days I think after the pictures were done. We had an offer the first day. All paperwork was fast and easy to sign. No running around town for this and that. Closing time was quick and simple. Angelica had everything set up and ready to go. We absolutely tell everyone that is looking to sell or buy our experience with the Ryan Smith team and if we are ever in the market for buying/selling again I know who to contact. P.S we sold for over asking price!
