Alicia Alafa was very knowledgeable in the home and the paperwork. She walked me and my husband through the paperwork and worked thoroughly with the builders in front of us. Alicia Alafa was able to get us a very low interest rate and continued to work with us after that making the process run very smoothly. She went above and beyond! Highly recommend!!

Sarah was very friendly and very nice. She was also very patient. She had no problem looking at all the houses we wanted to look at and she made sure we took our time to see each house fully. She was also pretty knowledgeable about the services for each house and the process for getting the house. I love the app that we were able to use as well. It was very easy to use and had many options to look at. I wish she provided more houses/options for us to view. I spent many days on the app trying to find houses to look at and ones that matched our wish list; which is more of the realtor’s job. I would have liked to spend a lot less time on the app and her provide me with houses that were in our price range and had our wish list. She was also late to our appointment to look at houses by 30 minutes. We also did not receive any deals/negotiated prices on our house.
