I live out of state and replied on her for local help such as when I needed minor repairs done on the house. The person she recommended was reliable and affordable. The listing was nicely done and presented the house well. Arrenia kept me informed of showings, giving me feedback when she could, though I confess there were few showing since the house sold quickly. That is not a complaint. I didn't rate her on negotiation skills. The contract was for full price and at about 10% over the county tax district appraised price so there was not much to negotiate.
