Arrenia Drennan Pillans

Listed Feb 26, Contract Mar 21, Closed Apr 23. Those dates tell much of the story. Arrenia was recommended by family in town and I was impressed with her knowledge of the local market. I live out of state and replied on her for local help such as when I needed minor repairs done on the house. The person she recommended was reliable and affordable. The listing was nicely done and presented the house well. Arrenia kept me informed of showings, giving me feedback when she could, though I confess there were few showing since the house sold quickly. That is not a complaint. I didn't rate her on negotiation skills. The contract was for full price and at about 10% over the county tax district appraised price so there was not much to negotiate.

Arrenia is amazing. My dad is 80, and he was moving to Missouri from Texas. He doesn’t do internet, email or even voice mail on a cell phone :) . He also had many years of accumulation of “treasures” to move. I am in Missouri, and he was in Texas alone, and it made it quite tricky to say the least. She was so patient and helpful from printing out pictures of houses for him to look at in Missouri, to offering suggestions to sell his house in Texas, to printing out paperwork and facilitating the closing process on his new house in Missouri. She did so many things even outside of the scope of selling his house. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was always easy to reach, and I honestly can’t begin to say how valuable her willingness to help and her expertise and knowledge of the market were to us!

Arrenia was always available. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She was genuinely interested in helping us sell our home. She was also helpful with the purchase of our new home.
