Penny is exceptional in all aspects of the Realtor business. The market is slow right now and she sold my house in less than a month. She makes herself available, returns calls quickly, and goes the extra mile. She works after hours, during lunch and while on vacation. She explains the process and keeps you informed. She is also very personable, caring and professional.

Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.

Lesley is AMAZING. She went above and beyond from the very beginning. She stuck with us from property to property until we found our dream home. Walked us through everything step by step, her experience is very prevalent as she fought for us around every corner. I would give 100 stars if i could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. + She is so sweet!!
