After finding a house that I really loved as a first-time home buyer, I was not getting the help I needed from a previous agent. I was referred to Madison by a friend and she called me right away! That same day, she drove to the house I had my eye on and took pictures and videos for me to ensure I actually wanted to see it in person. The following day, I drove up to see the house in person and Madison walked me through how to make a competitive offer. Lots of other people loved the house too, so we entered into a bidding war. Unfortunately, my offer was not selected after a last-minute offer was placed. That did not make Madison give up, though! She continued to reach out to the selling agent to express I was still interested. A couple of weeks later, I got a call from Madison saying the previous offer fell through and, because she had maintained a relationship with the selling agent, the sellers wanted to consider my offer! It was a fast turnaround, and Madison walked me through it every step of the way. She represented me well in negotiations, and I got way more than originally asked in terms of repairs (the seller even replaced my breaker box!).
