Holly Barnes was god-sent, we highly recommend her and have recommended her to anyone we know that's selling a property. She was proactive in answering ALL our questions and settled all our concerns, as sellers. She kept in touch, with weekly updates on our property and other properties in our area. Frequent and continual communication was important to us. On our first visit she stated "...I will sell your property on the best offer...", sold us on her. She proved to be a sincere and hard-working agent that she is; most important she was not a 'fast-talking' agent just looking for a contract. Her respectful, calm, confident disposition, experience, and knowledge sold us on her (we are both retired sales professionals, so we're familiar with the 'selling' verbiage). I encourage anyone selling or buying to call her, asap!

Kevin took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and then actively and diligently searched through listings to help us find it. Throughout every step of the process Kevin was professional, proactive, patient, caring and went above and beyond on many occasions to do whatever was needed. We felt confident from the beginning that he genuinely desired to make sure we were in the right home and was not just selling us a house. He always had our best interest in mind.
