Okay, maybe not -for life- because she has to retire at some point, but she has helped us with two properties so far. The first one being a rental when we first moved to state, my husband and I found her through his parents. She worked SO hard to help us find this rental, day and night answering emails, answering calls, and she was so patient with us too. When we decided, two and a half years later, that we were ready to buy a house, we knew that Cerita had to be our realtor. It wasn't a question to us.
