After more than a year on the market with no success, I was starting to lose hope-until I met with Caralee. From that very first meeting, I knew things were about to change. If I could give her and the Mariposa Group more than 5 stars, I would. From day one, she was fully invested in helping me sell my home. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. The marketing materials they created were beautiful, and the brochures, photos, showings, and open houses were all done with exceptional attention to detail. Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.

Allison was very helpful in purchasing my first home. I had a lot of needs/wants and she was able to provide several examples of homes that were best for me. When putting in an offer on the house I now own, she was able to suggest a price that was competitive and fair. Negotiations blew my mind - I bought my house below asking AND got a new roof at no expense to me. Closing was a pretty painless process as well. Ultimately, my experience with Allison and purchasing my first home was great. I will definitely use her again if/when the time comes to purchase or sell!

Kathy did more than try to sell me a house. She honestly cared to make sure I was in my dream home. Always professional but also very friendly, like a mom! She’s very knowledgeable and taught me a lot from the steps of buying a house to things about a house to look for. I definitely recommend her!
