We had an amazing experience working with him. He was very friendly, professional, and treated us like family throughout the entire process. He had a lot of patience with us, as it took some time to find the perfect house, and he never made us feel rushed. His communication was always clear and responsive, and he made everything smooth and stress-free. His market knowledge and negotiation skills were excellent, and he always had our best interests in mind. We truly appreciated all his hard work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated realtor.

Due to a recent surgery we were unable to get to Texas see a house that we purchased site unseen to be close to family. Nick was able to negotiate a great deal with the new home builder including a very nice discount on the purchase price along with credit towards closing!! He also went above and beyond to help us with finance options and inspectors in our area. More importantly he gave us the peace of mind to get us through a stressful situation. We could not be happier with our choice to work with Nick.
