When putting in an offer on the house I now own, she was able to suggest a price that was competitive and fair. Negotiations blew my mind - I bought my house below asking AND got a new roof at no expense to me. Closing was a pretty painless process as well. Ultimately, my experience with Allison and purchasing my first home was great. I will definitely use her again if/when the time comes to purchase or sell!

London is Excellent at what she does. She made our home buying experience so easy. She is always their to answer any questions or concerns I had and with a quick response time no matter the day or time. I highly recommend her as a realtor believe me she knows her stuff and is very personable.
