It's great knowing that someone is looking out for me, providing the research on every option and house, yet really listening to us. Clearly very experienced, lot's of energy, and diligence. Also demonstrated a great deal of patience with us, we were difficult, and bought a new house before selling old one, she handled both.

Tracy Hollis was able to sell my house to an individual buyer for a great price. She knew exactly what to do to get my old house ready. One thing she did that was especially helpful was to insist that I get my insurance company to inspect my roof after a bad hailstorm. The insurance company paid for most of the replacement, and the value of my house increased with a brand-new roof. I also appreciated her nice homey touches on the old house before she showed it.
