We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

We worked with Janet to find our home, and she was absolutely incredible! We looked at over 60 houses all over the DFW area, and she was patient, kind, and supportive the entire way. Janet is extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions, which made the whole process so much easier. She always found a way to fit us into her schedule, always showed up with a smile and a positive attitude, and never once pushed us into making a decision before we were ready. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond, Janet is the realtor you want on your side. I highly recommend Janet Russell for all your house needs!

Sabrina showed us several houses we thought we would like. Once we found the house that met our wants and needs Sabrina made it happen. Sabrina went above and beyond for us. Then we had to sell the house we were in and had Sabrina sell it. She done a fantastic job for us. We bought and sold a house within thirty days or less. Sabrina worked hard and long hours for us. She helped us tremendously during the process and made herself available to us when we needed her. Thank you Sabrina for such a great experience in this process.

Dawn made the whole home buying experience easy for us. She was responded immediately to our calls or texts. She sent in offers immediately. She kept us up to date on wherever we’re at in the process. Dawn knows her job well and she is very knowledgeable about the real estate industry and about how it all works and she passed all that knowledge on to us when we would have questions. We loved working with Dawn. There is no better agent to have if you are buying or selling a home. I highly recommend her.
